smozoma Posted November 8, 2010 Report Share Posted November 8, 2010 One of the features I added to the Blitz site late last season was the ability to add a video to each player's page. For example, here's Cam Neely's page. It would take me a long time to try to find videos for every player, so I'm delegating that to you guys! Please post youtube links to videos of the players on your teams. Some guidelines... Favour videos of the player from around 1993-94, and when he plays for his NHL'94 team. I.e, try to avoid submitting a CuJo highlight video from his Toronto years (he was on STL in NHL'94), unless it's the only video of him you can find. Many players only have videos supplied by hockeyfights.com. If your guy only has fight videos, try to get one where he fights another guy from NHL'94. It's also nice if he wins the fight If there's no 'perfect' video, maybe supply me with 2-3 videos and I'll pick one. If there's a bunch of boring stuff at the start of the video, then tell me around what time in the video the player shows up. I can make the video skip straight to that time on his page. If you find more videos later, please edit your original post and then just PM or AIM me to tell me you updated it. EDIT: Also, the new forum automatically embeds youtube videos, so instead of posting the link directly, can you please use the link button (next to the smiley button in the editor) and put the player's name as the "Link Text" and the link as URL (like I did with the Cam Neely link up above). If you can't find any decent video from his NHL'94 team, then try to get one from a season close to the 94 game era, even though he may be on a different team. It's just that since I can only post two YouTube videos, I couldn't post the links because of the media file limits, so both Icestorm and me did the links like so to finish posting.
