We already did Round 1. I'll draw up rounds 7-12 soon, but it'll be similar. I did the math on the pick numbers and they are pretty fair. Generally, the order of the picks reverses each round, though the expansion rounds sometimes go against the flow. It goes... Rd 1 - Keeper (no order) + Expansion (reverse order) Rd 2 - Everyone (forward order) Rd 3 - Expansion (forward) + Keeper (no order) (forward for expansion makes things fair since Rd 1 expansion picks are worth a lot and were reverse) Rd 4 - Everyone (reverse) Rd 5 - Keeper (no order) + Expansion (reverse) Rd 6 - Everyone (forward) "Keeper" ("Protection") is a round where you pick one player who is already on your team from last season (who hasn't been drafted/protected already this season). "Everyone" is a normal round where you pick anyone who is not already drafted or protected. "Expansion" is an extra mini round for the new coaches with expansion teams. I messaged him and he replied this morning ...he knows hes up. hrm.. it's supposed to be 26 hours after the last person, in the first round. i let it start slow so the word spreads that it's going. After a while, it changes to 26 hours since the 2nd-last person, and so on. basically, if you check the site once every day you're ok, and the site has a built-in list function that people should use (i can check their list if they are up and can make their pick for them) it's not a perfect system, but it worked ok last season. Each time someone picks, the deadline resets... so if 2 guys pick close together, the deadline for the person after that is still 26 hours after the most recent pick made.
