out of the 91 klima goals in my video only 2 were passhots 80% of my passhots are into my own net when im mad

i rarely passhoot and attempted to cb maybe 5 times total at ko94. I can kinda cb check now, not very well tho and im an ok player

He acted like a real jerk to me, which was so uncharacteristic of a new player. I've never ran into a new guy that was impolite, both word wise and play wise by dropping with like 3 mins left in the 3rd. I don't mind trashing him after he pulls that kind of bs. Yeah I've noticed it's kinda common to get 6 second goals passing it to yzerman on the wing when going for the goals world record against the cpu and Yzerman isn't even a 6 speeder

For sure, I know that people love jumping on the hatewagon, it's natural. People definitely do that to you. Skip was a jerk for doing that, and then he got mad at me when I brought it up on the forums. Kupuck hated everyone who carse feuded with because he had his balls in his mouth daily. To me though tru is totally different. I think he deserves every bit of it. I don't even think tru is a troll tbh. I used to think that, but he's just so wack that I don't even know what to think. You don't need pass shots or CB checks to beat the top dawgs. Especially pass shots. They help but eh, not a necessity. Trust

What are you talking about. 15 weight 0 agility players don't spin the same as 0 weight 6 agility at all. The turning mechanics are the same but the speed at which they turn is so drastically different that they don't spin even remotely close to the same. Also, you can't do a spinorama with a 15 weight 0 agility player

I'm not sure about the long stick / short stick thing, I've never heard about it until recently. As for spinning, it really is very simple. You can't do a quick buttery smooth spinorama with a lefty, it just doesn't work. With some lefties you can do a slower spin, but you must do it noticeably slower or it won't work. Spinoramas understandably only work with certain players. They must have agile enough skating, and they must be right handed. Try it out yourself. Agile enough skating isn't very easy to define, because of weight's negative effect on agility. Speed on its own doesn't seem to matter as 3 speeders like Bradley can spin as good as 5 speeders like Klima. Even some of the righties on terrible classic teams like Ottawa can do this. I even tested with these players (order was from some old gdl): Roenick - R - YES Mogilny - L - NO Bure - L - NO Yzerman - R - YES Ciccarelli - R - YES Ronning - L - NO (can not even remotely do a slow one) Fleury - R - YES Selanne - R YES Gretzky - L - NO (as awful as Ronning, maybe worse (forget)) Gartner - R - YES Modano - L - NO Klima - R - YES Lafontaine - R YES Gilmour - L - NO Recchi - L - NO (but not as bad as most lefties (can kinda do one slowly)) Lemieux - R - YES Sakic - L - NO R. Courtnall - R - YES Sweeney - L - NO Fedorov - L - NO (like Recchi) Bradley - R - YES

Holy crap. 6 picks in the first 4 rounds is nice. I'd draft all three forwards in the 2nd round, then a goalie, in the 3rd, then your dmen in the 4th. Gonna have a nicely balanced lineup.

Something really feels cheap and phony about fake team names/logos/uniforms. I know it's my personal preference but it's just kind of gross playing against 1910's teams, let alone made up custom teams. There's just a certain sense of integrity or something that comes with well known nhl teams. Wacky custom made up teams can be fun, but I think they belong in unique leagues. I know it doesn't matter what I say cuz I'm not even playing lol, but dynasties are so much cooler when they're well known nhl teams. Also old school gdl was less custom teams and more original teams, and this is one of the older leagues so yeah.

It changes the balance of goal scoring. Threats around the net aren't the same, and even long distance stuff like slappers sorta become too easy to stop with instant goalie control. Without a dedicated button, taking goalie control is a big commitment. This commitment is a huge part of competitive 94 goal scoring, and removing it changes this. I think for the worse, but it's arguable.
