I used to always play better w/ the Blues going down, as Hull seemed more prone to hitting the rafters going up than the net. I noticed looking at the series w/ Jer that Depch did much better on the road games, and scored a high percentage of his goals on the "down". Depch, you noticed that as well? Or maybe you just beat Jer into submission after the OT loss stole his heart.

I went onto the site and created a Logmein registration, but when I clicked the "Update" button within Hamachi, it said updating, but still shows me using the old version (I think 1.0.3) and I don't see how to "link" the registration to my Hamachi. I was tired & it was late, but if a tutorial, step by step or any more basic directions is available by anyone who successfully upgraded, that would be great. If not, I'll work on it late tonight again.

Got my 40 in. Thanks to Skip, Northway & especially Labs for the late night games. Scored w/ no time on the clock to win game 3 of that series. Crazy ending. Also, 29 goals by Ray Bourque in one season is pretty wild for a defense man. Look forward to the playoffs.

Hey guys. I've been looking for games at all the wrong times. Every time I pop on, I can't get a game, and every time I'm not on, I get some invites. Got games w/ Northway, C4Outlaws, fenty, Shaftman, pondhockey, Kashim, kupuck & tylerdeanhill, So, I'm trying to finish up my 4 Gens series Tuesday & Wednesday, and should be around Thursday & Friday night, plus Sunday morning if needed to get enough games in. If I get enough of my GENS games in, I'll also try to get some SNES games in Tuesday & Wednesday as well, but I try to not mix when I can. Definitely don't want to cause anyone DNP's on my account.

Looking to get our games in this week. I'll be around late Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday, usually after 10:30 US Central. I'm also in & out on Wednesday & can try to schedule games that day if you can't be around for any of my late night games. Outside chance I'll pop on tonight, but that's remote.

Also, as a test, some top coaches using adp, could put together teams based off of if you started 3rd or 23rd & edit those teams into a rom & play some exis I think you'd find the teams comparible

I personally think that having a #1 seed & then waiting all those picks leaves you with a similar team as if you picked at then end. Personally, use snake & random selection. Why should mogs & jr always go to the worst players? If you want fair, take top 5 teams & give them 1st 5 picks of each round & snake the rest of the draft. Also, since you are handicapping top 5 teams, they aren't allowed to trade either. And top 5 picks is by commish rankings, not by previous season. This way if you need a brand new replacement, he's not on the bottom. But I'd be for random draft order w/ the snake.

Congrats to Minny. Well played. I'll take my moment in concession moment to byatch about long delays from seasons ending to playoffs, and then again, playoff delays. Last time I played w/ my team was 9/24, minus my series w/ Kupuck that I almost got swept in that as well. Donny's format of forfeit if you don't get them in works better for me. Tight restrictions will lead to more seasons getting played, and a few more guys actually getting to their games quicker if they knew they were gonna miss their season. Don't always have to have DNP's. I think a FORFEIT stat should be used in regular season & in the playoffs, not DNP's. Also, if you know you might get forfeits, you'll hesitate to join up into too many leagues. I'm currently in too many, but they all drag so much that I'll end up finishing them, and I use the down time when I can't reach anyone for one league to play another.

Just sim a score that's the same. It's not a career league w/ continuous playoff stats. I think probob would have loaded it if he still had it.

Yeah my fat boy's at 260 were definitely feeling like speed 4 out there, maybe 4.5 but since the ENTIRE team was that way w/ 6 agility, there wasn't a guy on the ice they couldn't reach & flatten, especially once the C button started to get pounded. My decision to put zero on passing made for some hilarious play on my part. The god goalies definitely made scoring a challenge. If we did it again after this tourney, lesser goalies would be an interesting wrinkle, as 6 powered slapshots are wasted on these goalies. It's dekes & one timers only.
