McMikey Posted August 12, 2015 Report Posted August 12, 2015 (edited) We have all herd of the NHL '94 Celebration. YouTube is full of teams doing it on the ice... Even EA Sports put it into the NHL 94 mode in NHL 14 But its not from NHL 94 from what I can find. Is it an urban legend? If not NHL '94 what game is it from?????? Bob Kudelski Posted August 12, 2015 Report Posted August 12, 2015 We were even doing this celebration in Toronto with Larmer and Anderson. Whoops! But at least we showed Larmer how to do the one-legged celebration. Quote
smozoma Posted August 12, 2015 Report Posted August 12, 2015 This has always confused me... Since when are '94 players taking awkward dumps on the ice Quote

Skeletor Posted August 12, 2015 Report Posted August 12, 2015 I found this article on the celebration: https://ca.sports.yahoo.com/nhl/blog/puck_daddy/post/Kamloops-Blazers-celebrating-wins-with-EA-Sports?urn=nhl-298062 It does seem that it was meant to look like NHL94. However, that is only mentioned by the author, not the player. It also looks like the fat player celebration in NES Ice Hockey (classic btw): Quote
