  1. I can see Kane going to Boston. Bruins going all in so Bergeron, Marchand, & Krejci can share one more championship together. Toews to the Winnipeg Jets would be a cool homecoming helping them go for the Cup. Horvat out of the dumpster fire that is the Canucks organization to a contender (Hurricanes?). As for my Oilers, sounds like a top 4 and/or a left-shot d-man is the plan. Their Top 6 is solid; another add to the bottom 6 for depth would help. Maybe a 2-way/faceoff/PK forward.
  2. I thought it was weird to have Luke Richardson now on the Oilers while Vincent Damphousse, his fellow traded teammate from the Leafs, 'stayed' on Toronto's roster. Like wise for Glenn Anderson (EDM), Peter Ing (TOR), and Grant Fuhr (EDM).
  3. Calgary Anvils - Jim 'The Anvil' Neidhart? The team also wears pink like he & hometown star Bret 'the Hitman' Hart did in the WWF.
  4. This guy hasn't posted since 2012. Hopefully he has smartened up in the 13 years since this passive homophobic post.
  5. I think Kraken might be one of those in-the-moment names that becomes nostalgically beloved for it's originality in many years, like the Anaheim Mighty Ducks & Toronto Raptors were for topical movies of their time. Albeit, Pirates of the Caribbean came out 10 years ago, the popularity of Kraken by fan suggestion had weight with the Seattle management and they went for it. Time will tell.
  6. Straight up love for your work! The community passion for the 16-bit NHL series always amazes me. Looking forward to more releases @von Ozbourme!

Great job! I can finally play as my beloved hometown Saskatoon Blades and always lose in the playoffs! Seriously though JK, this is a beauty mod, greatly appreciated as a hockey & retro gamer fan!
  9. DM sent, but in case they didn't work, here ya go bud!
  10. @Handzus Chapters should have copies, same with Indigo and Coles. It's a pretty sweet read not only on NHL '94, but the evolution & innovations of hockey video games we all grew up with. The cover looks like this, previewing the World Jr.'s. Hope you can find one, cheers bud!
  11. In the latest Hockey News, they did an article on the evolution of hockey video games. It's a fun, nostalgic read (7-8 pages) starting from Ice Hockey & Blades of Steel all they way to the current NHL 20.
  12. I'm in! I played in 2014 and sucked. Four years later I'm sure my intuition still sucks, but I was ecstatic my Germans won! That 7-1 Brazil massacre was unbelievable. I should have the picks in sometime this week, I'll have to do my homework on some of the teams and the match-ups.
