  1. I noticed a bug in the team.asp page -- the players are sorted by Assists, not Points, by default Shooting % is up now, too Can you make it a %, though? just multiply by 100 and show just 1 decimal.
  2. I found them all to be correct. That was pretty quick, nice! There were not tie games to test the tie game case, though. Oh, does the recent games list show if a game went to OT?
  3. Right. If the game is 4-3, then the 4th goal is the winner, no matter what order the goals were scored in. 99% sure that's it. I guess the way that would have to be implemented would be to fill up a couple arrays with the home goal scorers and away goal scorers from the Scoring Summary in the savefile, then if the game is say 4-2, take the 3rd goal from the winning team. It's not a trivial thing to add, since it'll take some new columns in some database tables. I wonder how Game Tieing Goals work? Is it both players who score the final goals, or just the player who scored the last goal of the game? Oh, guess who was 2nd in GWG this season? Jeremy Roenick, with 10 GWG. He only scored 14 goals.. 71% of his goals were game winners.. talk about clutch. Ovechkin had 11 GWG on 65 goals.
  4. In say a 5-3 game, it's the 4th goal by the winning team, regardless of the order the two teams scored in. At least.. i'm pretty sure that's it.
  5. I think Malkin is more like Lemieux than Ovechkin. Ovechkin is his own type . These are interesting times.. the past 10 years have basically been the post Gretzky/Lemieux years.. now we're in the Crosby/Ovechkin/Malkin years.. Malkin's 1.19 pts/gm come from the 2nd line. When Crosby was out, he was, I think, over 1.60 pts/gm (but anyone can have a hot month..). When Crosby's in the lineup, he plays about a minute less than Crosby (~5%). After seeing a replay of a shift where Crosby lost his stick, fought of TWO guys for the puck, then got his stick back with control of the puck.. I find it hard to question how hard he plays
  6. Someone on the ESPN site wrote "if he were really that good, Detroit would have drafted him" a la zetterberg (rd 7), datsyuk (rd 6), holmstrom (rd 10)...
  7. I think the same can be said for Ovechkin's goal (the one from his back). Both just desperation "i might as well take a whack at it" goals

  10. 2nd game has now been played. here is the score, it needs to be added to our stats: @PHI 1 - 2 BUF -- May 3 2008
  11. get an AIM account and use AIM or another multi-messenger (like Trillian) and contact some people on this list http://nhl94online.com/html/online_players.php?lgtype=gens (but not me, i just play league games )
  12. such a shame, it's such a nice website going to waste..
  13. Get the p2p Kaillera DLL from http://kaillera.movsq.net/ (direct: http://kaillera.movsq.net/stable/kailleraclient.dll). Save it into the directory with gens.exe in it. Overwrite the other file if there is one. See this post further down the page for the DLL http://forum.nhl94.com/index.php?s=&sh...ost&p=64507
  14. ggs these were fun games, lots of action.. roy made a huge glove save at one point, with his go-go-gadget arm.. tick made one of the best GC reads/saves i've ever seen on a onetimer.. i scored a goal from along the goal line, i guess the post's gravity curved it into the net

  16. I thought that was because Canada wouldn't take him?
  17. I too have used the Rangers in the past : ( Gartner is their whole team.. Leetch is ok, but doesn't live up to his stats, and the rest are pretty useless.
  18. http://www.nhl94dynasty.com/playerstats.asp now includes pts/gp, and sorts on that by default
  19. Unless i read the teams wrong, you're both only supposed to have 2 games against each other. You're in different divisions (the website currently only shows the conferences, not the divisions -- i'll get around to it.. eventually..)
  20. I deleted that duplicate game MNW NYR chris dudda vocally caged 5-4 OT
  21. and when he's in BC, no less! you'd think he'd be buddybuddy with the kokanee sasquatch ( ... kokanee.. hokkeefan.. almost the same letters!)
  22. yeah, they'll build up, and since they're in pairs, they'll get knocked out pretty easy.. anyway.. i'd delete this post if i could
