halifax
Look for Patrick Kane to grace the next video game cover. "Grand Theft Auto: Kane and the Cabbie"
The Russian Rocket
Grand Theft Auto, New York's Farm Couzin city stories. Featuring Patirck kane and rick Jeanneret. But anyways, the story was overhyped, it will likely be arranged with some friendly agreement ($$$)

IQ25
pretty sure kane is supposed to be the cover of EA NHL '10... wonder if that will change. probably not. Well Joe Thornton got knocked off the cover of '04 because he assaulted a police officer, and he didn't get charged either.
IceStorm70
at least the kid had the smarts to take a cab instead of drive drunk. Some of these cab drivers are pretty shady, and d-bags for that matter.

Sabre Dance
Kind of a weird story. Pat will offer this guy several thousand (drop in the bucket) and that'll do it.
Louie14
Well Joe Thornton got knocked off the cover of '04 because he assaulted a police officer, and he didn't get charged either. He was replaced by Dany Heatley, who was also knocked off the cover for Joe Sakic. Apparently killing teammates is unbecoming of a cover athlete. The Russian Rocket
My version still had Dany Heatley on it...!

RedWingDevil
Even though they'll get a fair compromise out of it, you still can't do such mistakes for 20 cents. And Heatley shouldn't be on the covers for getting Ottawa into the ballyhoo it's in, unless it's also like the Madden curse.
The Russian Rocket
It's the EA curse period, not just Madden.
