dangler
Glad to hear I'm still alive with the Lidstrom signing... Sounds like it could be his last year though so I likely won't win the pool. I think Kovalev, Selanne and Modano are close with 1 more year left at most... But Hamrlik is only 37 so I could see him playing at least another 2... It also looks like there might be another pool option with the possible return of Jaromir Jagr: http://www.tsn.ca/nhl/story/?id=369559
trudatman
if he's available, I'll take Jagr. Hamrlik is a good bet. [edited a year later] with Lidstrom gone and Selanne being no slouch, it really could go anywhere from here. here are the three still playing (all three were starters in NHL '94): Edited July 7, 2012 by trudatman

TubaHero
More than 3 years ago, I made a post with no capitalization, inconsistant punctuation and a really bad attempt at humour. If I saw someone else make that post today, I would write them off as a doucheknocker, and then internet punch them. However, that post, ugliness and all, has led me to where I am today: in great position to win a competition on a forum I no longer frequent dedicated to a game I am horribly shitty at. To Mr. Kudelski and Mr. Datman: good luck, and may the luckiest motherfucker win.

Bob Kudelski
Yay, my pick, Hamrlik was picked up on waivers and remains and NHLer. How is the winner of this determined? ie. if the last two players retire in the same off-season, Is it based on date of their last NHL game played? Or based on the date they announce their retirement? Or something else like total NHL games played?
