Online play is interesting, it's a measure in social science.
There are things that are said and done online that would never fly in "live play".
We get away with a lot in online play - because there are little or no real-world repercussions.
Seems like a tough guy to find on the net - there is a "recent" 2013 article about him in PM written by Glenn Derene, twitter: @gderene.

I've got non-vitrualk hockey Wed/Thurs/Sun this week so looking like a Fri/Sat eveing series. but with only two games to play vs. two very active guys I feel good that I'll be completed by the end of the weekend.
Remarkable that I could be both last in GFA and GAA. Awesome feat for the North Stars.
Cheers guys.
The site really needs to come up with a "League Night" so that guys can work it into their schedules.
Wouldn't it be great if there was one night a week where you could guarantee that you'd get some games in, instead of chasing guys all week to play on their schedule?
Leafs are a playoff team if they can find some consistancy, and have the goaltending to win a round if they get there.
Carlyle has been pretty toxic in the dressing room from what I can tell, and isn't known to be terribly motivating.
I'd be most interested in finding the original programmers in hopes of being able to get some answers with regards to the game engine itself (when/why was fighting eliminated - the player stats still show a fighter rating). Were they aware of the "weight-bug"? What did they use to determine the player stats? Any great programming deadline stories, last minute fixes/additions etc.. Were some players "boosted" because they were favourites of the programming team? Do any of them still play?
I would assume this could be done.
Change the number of goals counted on the gameclock and end-game scoreboard to only register one-timer goals?
Looking at making a rom for a "one-timer tourney" that only counts one-timer goals.
Cheers,
Jer
