Agreed. I would think that with the history of these two GMs this might have been discussed and when Nashville matches you might see a trade down the road between these teams that favors the Flyers. I would think any deal that averages under $9 for Weber any team would take as if he isn't the best defenseman in the league is surely 1A. I wish the Hawks would have done this...

I will be curious how Suter plays without Weber and how Parise's aggressive style is in the next 5 years. Nice to see the Wild become a legit playoff contender in the West.

I would go all in for Parise, but would hold off on Suter, spend that money on Weber. I keep hearing that the Hawks have the checkbook open and getting Uncle Gary Suter to help the cause.
