eek I know man it is disappointing that I haven't done anything with it. It's just the motivation that's so hard to find. Making videos and stuff takes so long, shoulda used my week off from work a month ago to get started

Hey that is a great idea man. I love to talk about 94 and bs about how the game works. I could post on here what I think, or I could talk about it on aim if you'd prefer. I think it would help a lot if you could get a bunch of people to all give you input on the same game. I'm also curious as to what other people would say

I like how everyone is dogpiling on plabax when all he did was make an honest suggestion that's hard to argue against. Everyone and their dad knows that Carse unfairly stacked his team. The big guns let him fleece houly no problem, and the worst thing is that even after they realized it was kinda wrong they let him make a cheese deal with wook. Everyone is cool with telling me on aim that the carse trades weren't fair but nobody would stand up against it. It's also funny like plabax said how I get denied mogilny because "I'm the defending champ." Who was the champ before me? Who was the top scoring player in the last gdl? Oh that's right, Carse and Klima, the pair that everyone is so cool with letting happen. Lets let the guy who has won the most leagues have the last leading scoring player, not to mention the best setup man and complimentary winger in the game gretzky (and freaking zhitnik on D). But yeah...it is a life sentence crime if I get mogilny, even though he is so hard to use because he's too fast. FPB had a great year with him, but FPB was also very good and very offensive, and probably did a whole lot of noob cheesing that season. All in all nobody will listen to Plabax's argument just because they don't like him, which is about as stupid as letting carse frolic freely in the trade zone just because everyone is so gay for him. Why shouldn't there be a thread strictly for debating trades? I think it's much better than having the three men at the round table decide on who they should pick on and change the balance of gdl for the worse

Honestly this is a really interesting idea, good point OB. This would just make the already big leagues an even bigger deal. I've never thought of it that way until now, but that would probably make things even more exciting. There would be much less slacker spamming I think too, so that would be another positive lol

20 goals in 82 games is incredible, superstar status. +33 is incredible, especially considering that your favourite boy toy tyler seguin was an incredible +34 that season. Yeah what a let down. They already had "94 controls" in nhl 11 and 12 and 13. This is just nhl 14 with crappy controls and cheesy effects, it will play nothing like 94. If you watch the video there is a turbo button too

Wow within 30 mins of Seth's rant posting, Ice calmly lays down that crazy law. Honestly that is genius man lol thank you, how did you figure that out? Like plabax said, it explains everything. His ranting about how he can't B check Seth or AI. Now I understand why Seth was starting to win more games last few times I played him, because he insisted on penalties off. I'm like ice I'm a B checker, I need it. Penalties have to stay on or the art of the B check is lost, and the game loses competitive value. Not to mention penalties add a nice flavour to the game to shake things up. Hahaha yeah exactly what I was thinking, the guy who edits his constantly stacked detroit lines every whistle complains about game slowness. B checking does not suck though lol, you deserve the knockdown if you can get within the close proximity and lineup a guy correctly, it's great for balance

Some of the "slackers" or "drama queens" are some of the most fun to play. Some of them are some of the better players too. Classic needs these players. Small leagues suck. It's not so rewarding winning those. I'm just saying the slackers add a necessary flavour to leagues, you don't have to play 40 freaking games in one week lol
